General Refund Conditions

  • Subscription Model: Our services are provided on a subscription basis, either monthly or annually, with recurring payments in advance.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of the billing cycle in question.
  • Refunds will only be issued for payments made within the first 14 days of the initial billing ("Cooling-off Period"). After this period, no refunds will be issued, except in cases of service failure or non-performance.

Full or Partial Refund

  • Full Refund: If a service was not delivered as described, or we are unable to perform the requested tasks due to our fault, a full refund will be issued.
  • Partial Refund: If part of the service has already been delivered (e.g., a project’s initial phase), a partial refund may be issued based on the progress of the work.

Non-Eligible Refunds

The following scenarios do not qualify for a refund:

  • Services that are already in "In Progress" or "In Review" status.
  • Requests that have been modified after initial submission, once work has started.
  • Delays in service delivery, unless caused by our fault.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Submit your refund request via email to contact@storegenius.co within 14 days of the relevant billing. Include your order number and a brief description of why you are requesting a refund.
  2. Evaluation: Our team will review your refund request and respond within 1 to 3 business days. We may ask for additional information or evidence, depending on the nature of your request.
  3. Decision & Processing: If your request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Examples of Non-Refundable Situations

  • Transaction or processing fees.
  • Consulting or advisory services, unless included in a specific plan.
  • Custom services, such as logo or custom theme design, after delivery and approval.
